1. Return Eligibility

All of our products go through extensive testing before we ship by a member of our technician staff. We stand behind the quality of our GSM Audio Devices and strive for customer satisfaction. If your device is found to be faulty or defective, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or defective.
  • Returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your device is faulty, please follow these steps:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Exclusions

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The return request is made after the 14-day window.
  • The item is missing accessories or packaging.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
